helena sorensen  – How Faith And Imagination Help Shape Our Children's Learning

Helena Sorensen's Session Is Available On Sunday, July 19 from 6AM EST

about Helena sornesen

Helena Sorensen grew up outside Tampa, Florida in a little backwater called Fort Lonesome. She is not making this up. As a child, she hid in the branches of tangerine trees and used acorns as play money. She went exploring in the orange groves, searching for shotgun shells and bits of colored glass. She is still searching for beauty in strange places.

Though she had no idea of ever becoming a mother or a writer, she now lives in Nashville with her husband and two kids. She homeschools, writes fantasy novels, and speaks about the intersection of faith and imagination. She is the author of the Shiloh Series and The Door on Half-Bald Hill, and you can find her at www.helenasorensen.com.
